The Federation is committed to developing excellent staff to realise sustained school improvement and excellent outcomes for children. Please note that College Park School operates across four separate sites within Westminster – Bayswater, Pimlico, Hallfield and St Johns Wood. You may be required to work at any of these locations, as directed by the Senior Leadership Team.
In line with KCSIE 2025 and safer recruitment practices, the school will conduct an online search for all shortlisted candidates. The online search is part of our safeguarding checks and will seek publicly available information on candidates’ suitability to work with children. Teaching Assistant Vacancies
We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic, inspiring and skilled Teaching Assistants at both of our Federation Schools College Park School.
The Federation of Westminster Special Schools are committed to developing staff as well as ensuring our pupils make excellent progress and enjoy their learning. You need to be flexible, energetic and committed to working with children with complex needs and/or autism and be ready for anything!

Class Teacher – Autism and Complex Learning needs
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to support pupils with autism and complex learning needs. You will deliver a broad, balanced, and personalised curriculum in a stimulating and supportive environment, ensuring every pupil achieves their full potential.
The role involves planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons, assessing progress, and working collaboratively with colleagues, parents/carers, and multi-agency professionals. You will promote positive behaviour, support emotional regulation, and create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status and have experience (or strong interest) in teaching pupils with autism and complex needs. A good understanding of SEND, effective behaviour strategies, and a commitment to safeguarding are essential.
We are looking for someone who is reflective, flexible, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of young people.
