Here at College Park we love music and Post 16+ and Gold class were lucky enough to work on a music making project with Rhythm Studio Foundation in summer 2021.

College Park bid for and were awarded a GLA career booster fund to help us achieve Gatsby Benchmarks 5 and 6.

The award facilitated four workshops including two at the foundation’s recording studio with record producer Jaleesa. Students learned to use BandLab software to select their beats then recorded lyrics in follow-up sessions back at school. It was great first-hand experience of how music is recorded and produced.
