We will be specifically looking at books by Roald Dahl as a school and classes will be decorating their door as a book cover.
This year World Book Day, the biggest annual celebration of books and reading for children in the UK and Ireland, will be celebrated on Friday 3rd March 2023 at College Park.
With the national theme ‘Make it your Book Day - Reading for Pleasure,’ we will be ensuring that every opportunity is taken throughout the day to nurture the love of reading across the school.
We would like to welcome children to come to school dressed as a book character from any story. Costumes do not need to be shop bought or a whole outfit, it could be a hat, object etc
