College Park, which operates on multiple sites, is part of the Federation of Westminster Special Schools. We are a learning community which includes Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee School and the Bi-borough Inclusion Service. The federation is committed to developing excellent staff to realise sustained school improvement and excellent outcomes for children.

In line with KCSIE 2023 and safer recruitment practices, the school will conduct an online search for all shortlisted candidates. The online search is part of our safeguarding checks and will seek publicly available information on candidates’ suitability to work with children. Lead Teacher - Satellite Provision 
 

The Governors are looking to appoint a Lead Teacher for our new satellite provision at George Eliot School.

Salary: L6-L10

We are looking to recruit a high quality, committed lead teacher to lead and develop a brand new  satellite provision at George Eliot Primary School for College Park School.

We offer an induction package and ongoing support and continuing professional development as well as opportunities for career progression

This person will play a key role, supported by the Headteacher, Deputy Head and Assistant Head for Secondary, in opening and maximising the success of our new satellite provision for up to secondary aged children with Autism, set out in College Park’s admission criteria. The provision is due to open in September 2024 for a small number of children (up to fourteen) and it will expand in size from there. The provision will be situated in a newly redesigned section in the heart of a local school.

The successful candidate will be a talented, passionate and suitably experienced practitioner. They will have a clear understanding and experience of effective and personalised teaching and learning as well as experience of raising and sustaining achievement within a specialist Autism provision. They must be a strong communicator and team player and able to engage effectively with the children, staff and parents/ carers on a daily basis. They will also need to be enthusiastic, positive, highly motivated, and have commitment to ensure every child reaches their full potential as well as the drive to support all children to become the best they can be.

You will be joining a friendly and hardworking team who constantly strive to raise standards for the children and themselves within a successful special school.

Teaching Assistant Vacancies
 

We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic, inspiring and skilled Teaching Assistants at both of our Federation Schools, Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee School (W9) and College Park School (W2).

Midday Meals Supervisor  

We are looking for an enthusiastic Midday Meals Supervisor to join our already high quality team at College Park School.

This position would be ideal for someone who loves working with children, enjoys working outside and likes creating a fun environment for the children.

Working in a team, you will be expected to demonstrate the following:

  • The ability to support pupils with special needs, including autism, effectively and role model positive behaviour at all times
  • Communicate effectively and work as part of a team
  • The ability to work on your own initiative, including organising games and supporting play
  • Knowledge of health and safety
